Personal goals for SWE LVV:
 Ensure that the section has the financial stability to provide outreach programs, community service and many opportunities for women in all fields of engineering to get together, share their stories and learn from one another. Provide support and educational structure for our current and future members so we can continue to grow and expand our knowledge beyond our individual fields of work and study.

Personal goals for SWE LVV:
 To help young girls and women to see the finer side of engineering through math and science. To learn from other women in the engineering field and community by meeting and sharing interests and ideas about engineering and outreach to youth. Try to make a difference in the community by reaching out to young girls and women and encouraging in engineering, math and sciences. Ensure that they are aware that engineering is no longer just a male dominated field but that women too are making a significant impact on the engineering world.
